This program is for people who are done with quick fixes, restrictive diets, and the exhausting cycle of losing weight only to put it all back on.

A comprehensive 75–90 minute deep dive into your metabolic health, hormones, stress physiology, digestion, sleep, medical history, and previous dieting patterns — uncovering the key drivers behind your weight.
2. Functional testing - Value A$543
Targeted testing early in the program to identify underlying barriers to fat loss often missed in standard care. This includes full thyroid panel, insulin resistance markers, full blood count, inflammation, iron studies, B12, Vit D, and liver, kidney and pancreas function — giving us objective data to guide your treatment.
3. Pathology review session - Value A$160
A detailed, contextual interpretation of your results — connecting patterns across metabolism, hormones, and inflammation. You’ll gain clarity on what’s happening in your body and how it’s influencing weight, appetite, and energy, with a clear plan moving forward.
4. Follow-up consultations (×4) - Value A$380
Strategically spaced sessions to monitor progress, refine your protocol, and respond to changes in your body. These sessions provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and adjustments to ensure steady, sustainable progress.
5. Personalised herbal medicine - Value A$315
3 × 500mL tailored herbal formulas (approx. 15 weeks total), prescribed based on your results and evolving needs. Herbal support may target metabolic function, stress response, digestion, or hormonal balance — depending on your body’s unique needs.

Three scans (baseline, midpoint, and completion) to track fat mass, lean muscle, and overall progress — giving a far more accurate picture than weight alone and guiding adjustments along the way.
9. WhatsApp support
Access between consultations for brief, treatment-related questions, guidance, and reassurance — helping you stay consistent, supported, and on track.
10. Education
Ongoing, integrated education so you understand how your metabolism, hormones, and lifestyle factors influence your results. This builds confidence, independence, and long-term success.
11. Supplement discount

12. Welcome pack - Value $140

The total value is well over $1,800, as it does not include the cost of all education material, handouts, potentials savigs on supplements and WhatsApp support.

Consultation 2: Functional Testing Review & Direction
This consultation is dedicated to a detailed review of your functional test results.
Results are used to identify the metabolic, hormonal, and inflammatory patterns influencing fat storage, appetite regulation, and energy expenditure. This is where the real picture starts forming.
Consultation 3: Metabolic Support & Early Adaptation
We assess your body's response, including energy, appetite, and symptoms. Your plan is adjusted to support early metabolic changes, reinforce what's working, and gently address what still needs attention
Consultation 4: Progress Review & Refinement
A repeat body composition scan allows us to objectively assess progress — including changes in fat mass and lean muscle.
This session focuses on:
Identifying plateaus or physiological stress
Refining treatment to support ongoing fat loss
Responding to how your body is adapting over time
Your fourth treatment plan is refined accordingly, keeping progress steady without increasing restriction or pressure.
Consultation 5: Consolidation & Body Composition Focus
At this stage, the emphasis shifts toward:

Supporting recovery and resilience
Strengthening habits that support long-term metabolic health
Your fifth treatment plan helps consolidate progress and ensure changes remain sustainable as treatment intensity gradually tapers.
Consultation 6: Review, Transition & Sustainability
The final consultation focuses on maintaining results beyond the program.
A final body composition scan helps confirm progress and guide next steps.
You’ll receive your sixth and final treatment plan, designed to support long-term metabolic stability and give you clarity and confidence moving forward.

The functional tests included in this program come as bundled panels through i-screen and NutriPATH. Individual markers cannot be removed, and excluding certain tests does not reduce the cost. For this reason, I am not able to customise or exclude specific tests from the program.
If you have recent results, these can still be reviewed and considered alongside the included testing to provide a more complete clinical picture.

I'm very transparent about what this program is and what it isn't, what's expected of you, and what you can expect from me. I cannot promise a specific amount of weight loss. However, every intervention used within the program has strong clinical evidence supporting its effectiveness for metabolic health and weight regulation.
Outcomes will always depend on individual physiology and how consistently recommendations can be implemented. This is why habit modification and realistic changes are a core part of the program, rather than relying on short term or extreme approaches.

Liquid herbal medicine is strongly encouraged, as it is often a more effective and flexible form of treatment. However, if you cannot take liquid herbs for any reason, they will be replaced with herbal tablets.
Your treatment will always be adapted to what is practical and appropriate for you.

That said, a few things worth knowing:
Before starting, I'd always recommend checking in with your GP or specialist to make sure they're across what we're doing together. If anything falls outside my scope of practice, I'll refer you to the right person as your safety always comes first.
If you're currently on medications, it's important to let me know upfront. Some medications can affect metabolism, appetite, and blood sugar regulation, and there are certain supplements or interventions I may need to adjust or avoid due to potential interactions.
