Genesis Functional Health Clinic — Program Cancellation & Refund Policy

Before You Begin

I encourage all prospective clients to book a discovery call prior to enrolling. This gives us a chance to discuss the program in detail, clarify expectations, and make sure it's genuinely the right fit for you. My goal is that you feel fully informed and confident before making any commitment.

Cooling-Off Period

If you enrol and change your mind within 7 days of signing up, provided your first consultation has not yet taken place, you are entitled to a full refund. No explanation is required. I want every client to enter this program with confidence, not obligation.

Cancellation After the Program Has Commenced

Once we've begun working together, the following terms apply:

If you cancel within the first 30 days of the program commencing, you will receive a refund for the remaining months, less the cost of any consultations or services already delivered.

After the first 30 days, refunds are not available for the remaining program period. This reflects the significant time, planning, and resources committed to your program from the outset, including the reservation of your ongoing consultation spots. That said, if genuine hardship or unforeseen circumstances arise, I'd encourage you to reach out so we can discuss the best path forward together.

Payment Plan Clients

If you cancel within the cooling-off period, no further payments will be taken. If you cancel after the program has commenced but within the first 30 days, remaining payments will be adjusted to reflect services already delivered. Cancellations made after 30 days do not release you from the remaining payment obligations, as the full program commitment has been made by both parties.

Pausing the Program

Life doesn't always run to schedule. If circumstances require you to temporarily step away — whether due to illness, travel, or a personal matter — one pause of up to 4 weeks is available during the 6-month program period. This ensures you don't lose access to the support you've paid for.

Termination by the Practitioner

I reserve the right to discontinue the program in cases involving a serious breach of mutual respect, repeated failure to attend scheduled sessions without prior communication, or if I believe that continuing would not be in the client's best interest. In such cases, a pro-rata refund will be provided for any unused portion of the program.

Simply send me an email or a message. All cancellations will be acknowledged and confirmed in writing so we're both on the same page.
