Fertility & Preconception Care
Fertility and preconception care are about creating the strongest possible foundation for a healthy pregnancy — physically, hormonally, and nutritionally.
Support is available for individuals and couples who are generally healthy and would like to optimise their fertility and prepare their body for pregnancy, as well as those who would benefit from targeted preconception care.
This may include:
Supporting overall reproductive and hormonal health
Optimising egg and sperm quality
Identifying and correcting nutrient deficiencies
Replenishing the body with nutrients essential for a healthy pregnancy and baby
Supporting cycle regularity and ovulation
Lifestyle and nutrition strategies to support conception
Care is personalised and guided by your individual health picture, goals, and timeline.
PCOS & Fertility
Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) is a common cause of infertility and may impact ovulation, hormone balance, insulin sensitivity, and egg quality. Support focuses on addressing underlying drivers such as metabolic health, nutrient status, inflammation, and hormonal regulation to improve fertility outcomes.
Important note
I do not currently treat complex infertility cases. If more advanced or specialised care is required, I am happy to refer you to a trusted fertility specialist and, where appropriate, work alongside your broader healthcare team.
Preconception Care Program
For those wanting more structured guidance, the Preconception Care Program is a 6-month program designed to comprehensively prepare the body for pregnancy. It focuses on optimising hormonal balance, egg and sperm quality, nutrient status, and overall metabolic and gut health, while providing clear education and personalised support throughout the preconception period.
For those wishing to start earlier, the program can be adapted to suit a longer preparation timeframe, ensuring support is aligned with individual goals and circumstances.
