What’s Included:

TSH (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone)
TSH is produced by the pituitary gland and signals the thyroid to produce hormones. It is often the first marker used to assess thyroid function.

Free T4 (FT4)
Free T4 is the storage form of thyroid hormone. Measuring the free (unbound) portion shows how much hormone is available for conversion and use by the body.

Free T3 (FT3)
Free T3 is the active thyroid hormone responsible for regulating metabolism, energy production, temperature control, and brain function.

Reverse T3 (rT3)
Reverse T3 is an inactive form of T3. Elevated levels can indicate impaired conversion of T4 to active T3, often associated with stress, inflammation, or chronic illness.

Thyroglobulin Antibodies (TGAb)
These antibodies target thyroid tissue and may indicate autoimmune thyroid conditions such as Hashimoto’s thyroiditis.

Thyroid Peroxidase Antibodies (TPOAb)
TPO antibodies are commonly elevated in autoimmune thyroid disorders and help identify underlying immune involvement.

TSI (Thyroid Stimulating Immunoglobulin)
TSI antibodies are associated with Graves’ disease and can indicate autoimmune-driven hyperthyroidism.
