What to Expect:

Once you order through our clinic, your Microba kit is express posted to you — typically within 1–2 business days.
2. Your Kit Arrives at Home
You’ll receive everything you need to collect your sample. The instructions guide you to collect the stool sample on a Monday or Tuesday (this helps ensure your sample gets to the lab quickly).
3. Collect & Return Your Sample
Taking the sample is simple and discreet. Once collected, you return it straight to the lab using the pre-paid parcel included.
4. Laboratory Processing
After the lab receives your sample, it goes through advanced metagenomic next-generation sequencing and biomarker analysis — giving one of the most comprehensive views of your microbiome available today.
Expect the lab to take up to ~3–4 weeks before your full report is ready and uploaded to your practitioner portal.
5. Results Delivered & Review Booking
